Peyote Morgan was founded in September of 1993 after Vivek and Mitra Khanna moved from Calcutta to Bangalore. Vivek quit his job at Brooke Bond and Mitra at Times of India, to set up Peyote Morgan Associates. It is a commentary of the times that they chose to call their enterprise, Peyote Morgan. The name had to sound international, breaking the entry barrier. In their own words, clients often conjured up a wooden paneled teak wood office that had whirring high ceiling fans and the afternoon suns rays peeping through the windows, while the partners enjoyed a leisurely Darjeeling tea from silver ware along with Biscotti.

Far from that, Peyote Morgan is just the identity that has earned the trust and confidence of clients and candidates alike in the past eleven years for its integrity and commitment. It has been the usual journey of ups and downs with tremendous learning. Persevering against odds, it has almost been a rule to understate the effort and produce the best customer outcomes. Almost making others wonder why some are made lucky!

It has thus been a philosophy to downplay hype and just do the job without too much jargon orientation.
