This required setting up of an entire parallel global corporate ecosystem including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Consulting, Business Dev. Finance, Workplace Resources etc.

The key challenge was to find leadership talent with global experience for these roles to replace the initial expat leaders, who would be willing to work in India on a long term basis.
