A $48 Billion Global Technology Solutions and Services Corporation is of the belief that the next technology inflection the world will experience will originate in the east in the emerging markets. Accordingly they set up a NEW second Global Headquarters at Bangalore, India in order to operate new global businesses from here and to be a truly 24/7 global corporation. This required setting up of an entire parallel global corporate ecosystem including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Consulting, Business Dev. Finance, Workplace Resources etc.
The key challenge was to find leadership talent with global experience for these roles to replace the initial expat leaders, who would be willing to work in India on a long term basis.
